In September of 2025, 500 of the smaller rugs went on a road trip! This was a response to multiple requests by community for the rugs to tour to places from where some of them originated. The designs were created by Indigenous artists, or in the case of ‘Kwa’ by a Karen CALD artist; and put together in a few hours by local community. They were then dismantled and packed away. Each site was chosen by the local community for its significance. For further images, see the gallery page.
